Privacy Policy Framework for Tomorrow Circle

1. Data Collection: The "Signal" we receive

We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us. This includes:

  • Contact Information: Your name and email address when you sign up for a discussion or join a Google Meet event.

  • Usage Data: Standard, anonymous information like your IP address and browser type to help us understand how the "nodes" are connecting to our site.

2. How We Use Your Info: The "Circuit"

We use your data strictly to facilitate the Tomorrow Circle experiment. Specifically:

  • To send you meeting links and updates about the circle.

  • To improve the website experience based on how visitors interact with the "posts."

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Our goal is "Victory Over Noise," and selling your data would be adding to the static.

3. Third-Party Tools

We use a few trusted "transducers" to make this site work:

  • Google Workspace: For our video calls and calendar invites.

  • Analytics Tools: To see which posts are resonating with the community. Each of these services has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle your data within their systems.

4. Your Rights: Tuning your own Data

You have the right to "un-node" yourself at any time. If you want us to delete your email from our records or stop receiving invites, simply send us a message. You are the observer in control of your own participation.

5. Cookies

We use small text files called "cookies" to help the site load faster and remember your preferences. You can disable these in your browser settings if you prefer to visit the site as a completely anonymous observer.
